Superbly located adjacent to Marrakech’s famous Menara Gardens, this luxury development comprises 20 two and three bedroom Ryads (townhouses) and 20 detached three and four bedroom villas, together with the 140-room Four Seasons Hotel Marrakech.
Following a Master Plan devised by the celebrated Californian Architects Hill Glazier, French architect Dider Lefort is creating an environment that demonstrates sensitivity to the Moorish architectural heritage of the area, whilst incorporating the premium finishes that appeal to a discerning international clientele.
EHC has played an extensive role in the realization of this development, starting with project origination, marketing the residences and ongoing project management. With all 40 residences pre-sold prior to construction commencing in 2007, very competitive local bank financing was achieved for the entire project with no further recourse to equity involvement from shareholders.
Consequent upon the extremely successful marketing of the 1st phase of the Residential Villas and Ryads, EHC and its partners are now actively engaged in acquiring an adjoining tract of land which will constitute a 2nd phase of Luxury Villas to be offered for sale.
HRH Prince Rashid bin Al Hassan of Morocco and HRH Prince Alwaleed bin Talal, the Chairman of Kingdom Hotels, accompanied by His Excellency The Minister of Tourism in Morocco and The Wali of Marrakech (local Governor-General) attended a Foundation Stone Laying Ceremony on site on 28th May 2007.
