EHC acquired this premium location with the view to creating one of the world’s finest luxury hotel resorts, on the edge of a pristine beach celebrated as one of the world’s ‘most luxurious’*. Raffles Da Nang will benefit from 504 meters of direct frontage onto the famous China Beach, and proximity to three UNESCO World Heritage sites.

Just nine kilometers from Da Nang International Airport, the resort will be adjacent to the Marble Mountains and close to two further UNESCO World Heritage sites; Myson and Hoi An.

Planned hotel features include a selection of specialist dining venues, luxury spa and swimming pool, meeting rooms and a business center.

In a proposition increasingly rare in the far eastern residential property market, the exclusive private villas will benefit from 270 metres of beachfront. Each will include 500sqm of covered space and 200sqm of decking and pool area. Owners’ privileges will include the option of having their residence served by Raffles and an income gained from the hotel rental pool.

Marketing of the villas is expected to begin in the autumn of 2007 with hotel construction commencing in December 2007. The resort is scheduled to open in 2011.
