Lord Rowe-Beddoe - Chairman
The Lord Rowe-Beddoe is an international businessman with an accomplished track record of public service and work for the performing arts. He is Chairman of the Wales Millennium Centre, a Deputy Chair of the newly created Statistics Board, and has other non-executive board appointments.
His executive board appointments have been Chairman of the Welsh Development Agency, Chief Executive of Thomas De La Rue, President of Revlon Inc (Latin America and EMEA), and of Morgan Stanley-GFTA Limited. Knighted in 2000 for services to industry, and to economic development in Wales; he was elevated to the peerage in 2006.

Martin L. Landau - Chief Executive
Martin Landau has founded and served on the board of several distinguished property investment and development companies. Following a period as a director of Guinness Mahon, he completed a Management Buy Out and in the 1980s, his company City Merchant Developers merged with Imry International before being bought by a consortium of investors in autumn 1989. He founded Development Securities in 1993 and was deputy chairman until 2002. During this period, he was directly involved in major prestigious projects, including One Curzon Street, Mayfair, London, and Royal Mint Court and Milton and Shire House in the City of London.

David McAlpine - Director
The Hon. David McAlpine was educated at Stowe School and left to join the family building company, Sir Robert McAlpine Ltd. in 1963. He was appointed director of the company in 1971. His business career includes appointments as director of both public and private companies: Edgar Investments, a quoted company, later taken over by the Prudential Insurance Corporation, which he has served as Director and Chairman; Moorgate Investment Trust PLC, a quoted company, 1976 until 1999; Newarthill PLC, a listed company, now private from 1993; Development Securities — (Alternate) 1994 until 2000; City Merchant Developers, a quoted company from 1986 until 1989.
He has interests in the theatre, literature, classical architecture, military history and collects antiques over a broad range of countries and disciplines. He was a non-executive director of the charity Action on Addiction from 1991 to 1998 and has been a trustee of the National Army Museum’s Ogilby Trust since 1979 and a member of the Museum’s Council from 1987 to 2006. During the last three decades he has also been involved with fundraising projects with The National Trust, The National Army Museum, The Unicorn Theatre, St. Martin-in-the-Fields and Amnesty International.

Lord McAlpine of West Green - Director
Alistair McAlpine, Lord McAlpine of West Green, is an Independent Conservative member of the House of Lords, and has been a director of the family-run construction firm, Sir Robert McAlpine and Sons Ltd, for more than thirty years. He was treasurer of the Conservative party from 1975 to 1990 and its deputy chairman from 1979 to 1983. Lord McAlpine is a regular contributor to newspapers and magazines, the author of several books and enjoys an active interest in the arts.

David Thompson - Director
David Thompson is a Chartered Surveyor with over 40 years experience in commercial property development and construction. The majority of this time was spent with AYH, a leading international project management and construction cost consultancy which he chaired from 1995 to 2006. He has worked as one of Martin Landau’s closest advisors for 25 years working with Martin on most of the development projects completed by him in that time. David also has extensive professional links with Sir Robert McAlpine with AYH being client adviser on many of the construction projects carried out by SRM including the award winning Emirates Stadium.
